Peppermint is frequently used as a relief for headaches and congestion. Used diluted with a carrier oil, rub peppermint on the back of neck to ease headaches or rub on chest to aid in relieving congestion. It works well diffused with many other essential oils to create an uplifting fragrance.

Peppermint continues to be one of the best-selling favourites among doTERRA essential oils.
