If you are unhappy with your Cherish purchase, please contact me at cherishdesigns@optusnet.com. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within the 14 days of receipt of the item. Cherish may need to verify the validity of your claim. Cherish shall be entitled to reject any claim if we deem there is an abuse of the offer or an intent to jeopardise the fair operation of the offer.
If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
A refund will be given to a product that is deemed faulty. Please send photos as soon as you receive the product to cherishdesigns@optusent.com.au so we can verify. Please note, due to hygiene reasons you cannot return or exchange earrings unless faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging where possible.
Gift Cards and any custom orders cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged as per Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
A refund will only be given if a product has been deemed faulty. As each item at Cherish is handmade, I am also happy to fix/replace faulty items free of charge if returned within the 30 days of receiving the item.
If you decide that you do not wish me to fix the faulty item and you would prefer a refund, please let me know. A credit will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
Exchanges
I am happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you change your mind about sizes/colours, I am also happy to discuss an exchange if it is within 7 days of purchase. This will also depend upon availability of stock to exchange. If you need to exchange, please send me an email with all relevant details at cherishdesigns@optusnet.com.au
Shipping your refunded/exchanged item
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Cherish Jewellery Designs, 38 King Street, Rockhampton QLD 4700, Australia
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
